Employment Info
- Past two years W-2's, 1099's
- Pay Stubs covering the last (30) thirty days
- Self-employed borrowers, employed in sales, paid by commission, or owns rental real estate. Will need two years tax returns with all schedules.
Savings Info
- Past two months bank statements with all pages for all accounts.
- Any recent statements from investment accounts (retirement, 410k, mutual funds, etc.).
Personal Info
- Driver's License or other official State identification.
- Social Security Card.
- Any Divorce, Alimony Documents.
- Green card or work-permit (if applicable).
- Complete copy of bankruptcy papers and copy of discharge
